Admin Support

More time in your business spent on things that actually grow it.

If the day-to-day admin is eating your week, something’s wrong. Documents, invoices, research, data entry, chasing, scheduling. The stuff that piles up and never quite gets cleared. I handle it, and I look at why it keeps building up and fix that too. So the workload shrinks over time rather than just moving around.

Working evenings and weekends
Everything going through you
The pile never shrinks

What changes when you hand this over

You stop being the person everything goes through. Here’s what that actually looks like.

You stop working evenings

The emails, spreadsheets and chasing that you’re currently doing after hours get handled during the day instead. You close the laptop at 5 and your evening is actually yours.

Nothing gets missed

Enquiries get replied to, invoices get chased, follow-ups happen on time. You stop losing money to things that just got forgotten because you were too busy.

You get less to deal with, not just help dealing with it

I don’t just work through the pile. I look at what’s causing it and put systems in place so less builds up in the first place. The workload shrinks over time.

Your time goes back to the work that matters

The hours you were spending on admin that anyone could do go back into the work that actually grows your business. That’s where your time should be, not updating spreadsheets.

Someone reliable has got it covered

You’re not managing me. You hand things over and they get done. Monthly plan clients get priority and a consistent service from someone who already knows how your business works.

No employment headaches

I’m a contractor, not an employee. No holiday pay, sick pay, pension, NI, training costs or HR. You get the support without the overhead.

Questions

Inbox and diary management, document handling, invoice chasing, CRM updates, research, data entry, follow-ups, scheduling. If it’s admin and it’s taking up your time, get in touch and I’ll tell you whether I can help.

Usually within 24 hours of payment being received, though we’ll always confirm a start date with you. Monthly plan clients get priority, so if reliable turnaround times matter, a plan is the best way to guarantee that.

No. Ad-hoc support is available at £35 per hour if you just need a hand with something specific. Lots of clients start that way and move to a monthly plan once they see how it works. Either way is fine.

Everything is paid before work begins. For ad-hoc work, you’ll receive a fixed quote and work starts when that’s paid. If the scope of a job is uncertain, a £175 deposit covers the first five hours and any unused time is fully refunded. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance.

Email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. I’ll keep you updated as work progresses.

For most work, yes. I use LastPass for secure credential sharing so you’re never sending passwords over email. Access is limited to what’s needed for the job.

Yes. Monthly plans require 30 days’ notice to cancel. No penalty, no awkwardness. If your circumstances change, just let me know.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays, unless we agree otherwise.

Everything is agreed and invoiced before work starts. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying and what you’re getting. No estimates, no surprises.

Your time back. Spent on work that actually matters.
