They book online and get confirmed automatically I offer times by message and book it in Lots of back and forth to find a slot I sometimes lose track of who's booked what

After a quote goes out, what happens next? When someone enquires but doesn't book, what happens next?

A follow-up goes out automatically, or it's in my diary I chase when I remember I wait for them to come back to me I mean to, but there's never time

Before an appointment, does the client get a confirmation and a reminder? (Appointment-based businesses only)
